AIHD held workshop to evaluate and monitor project performance

On 22 November 2023, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University together with ThaiHealth Promotion Foundation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aroonsri MongkolChati; project leader of Strengthening of sustainable community health management performance through health system managerial competencies enhancement with Participatory Interactive Learning through Action, PILA held the workshop to evaluate and monitor project performance. This workshop was honored by Professor Surakiat Achananuparp, M.D gave welcome speech and review of the PILA process in learning and applying the "Three Brains for Learning and Team Capability Development" for LCC and LT at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel and online via Zoom Meeting. This workshop aimed to 1) collect qualitative data from representatives of the Learning Centers at the district level participating in the project from 13 districts (8 members per team). 2) summarize the lessons learned to understand the impact and outcomes of the project based on key performance indicators, and to reflect on the overall learning experience. This includes exchanging experiences, reflecting on the learning process, applying the lessons learned, and providing policy-oriented recommendations.
