AIHD’s Strategies Review for 2025 to Align with the Missions and Vision of the Institute and Mahidol University

On October 16, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development proposed the “Roadmap to vision” and the strategies that will guide the direction of the institute. On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang, Advisor of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development was honored to present the crucial keys to becoming an academic institute recognized at the ASEAN level in global health, health policy, and health system development in the year 2570. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Acting for Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, Acting for Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Acting for Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, presented projects to promote the strategies for 2025. This meeting was held to inform instructors and personnel about the operational direction of the institute that aligns with the university’s goals and to develop the institute for stability and sustainability. Apart from the meeting, the institute organized a special activity to express gratitude to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang for her dedication and efforts during her tenure as the Acting Director of the Institute from December 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj presented a bouquet to Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang, while executives, instructors, and staff also offered flowers in appreciation and took commemorative photos in Meeting Room 2108, AIHD.
