On October 31, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs congratulated Dr. Panuwat Panket on his appointment as the Director-General of Health Service Support at the Ministry of Public Health. On this occasion, the institute discussed developing a research project focused on Village Health Volunteers (VHV) to promote the prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD). Additionally, the project aims to enhance nutritional knowledge among VHV so they can pass this information on to the community members.
