Graduate Program Students from ASEAN Institute for Health Development Studied the Tertiary Care Health Service System in Ratchaburi Province and Health Policy Implementation in Health Region 5

On February 13, 2025, Ph.D. in Health and Sustainable Development and Master of Primary Health Care Management Students from ASEAN Institute for Health Development participated in a study visit to explore tertiary care health service management and health policy implementation at Ratchaburi Provincial Public Health Office and Ratchaburi Hospital which is a regional hospital with a capacity of 1,000 beds, provides tertiary-level healthcare services. The delegation was honored to be welcomed by Dr. Pajaree Areerop, MD., the Provincial Chief Medical Officer of Ratchaburi and an outstanding alumna of the Master of Primary Health Care Management program (Batch 28). She has been recognized with the Outstanding Alumni Award from the Graduate School in 2023 and the Distinguished Alumni Award for Mahidol University's 55th Anniversary of the Royal's Bestowal of its Name and the 136th Year Commemoration. She delivered a special lecture and shared insights on driving health policy implementation in Health Region 5.
