ASEAN Institute for Health Development Held Operational Meeting and Meet the Director

On February 18, 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, held an operational meeting and Meet the Director session, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, alongside Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, faculty members, and staff. The meeting aimed to update faculty and staff on key administrative outcomes, including 1) The Institute's financial status 2) Progress in integrity and transparency assessment for public sector organizations 3) Operations in occupational safety, health, and workplace environment 4) Energy conservation and driving the university toward sustainable development goals 5) Outcomes of the activities and events by Happy Workplace Committee. Additionally, the event featured the presentation of the Step Challenge award to staff members who recorded the highest step counts, recognizing their commitment to personal health and fostering a workplace culture of well-being. The institute also welcomed new faculty members from India and Indonesia, as well as a foreign expert from Nepal. During the session, participants were encouraged to provide feedback on various aspects of the institute’s operations, contributing to future improvements and enhancing organizational efficiency. The meeting was held at 2108 room, Training Building, ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University.
