The Second Session of Mini Master of Management in Health: Mini MM, Batch 44

On February 22–23, 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, in collaboration with the Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand, organized the second session of the Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini MM), Batch 44. On February 22, 2025, Dr. Phichet Banyati, M.D., Deputy Director-General of the Department of Medical Sciences, delivered an honorary lecture and shared his experiences on applying strategic planning principles to achieve excellence in health system development and implementing strategic plans in practice for health system improvement. Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, and Dr. Tarinee Buadit, a faculty member of the institute, served as group discussion facilitators, providing feedback on strategic plan development. On February 23, 2025, the event welcomed Dr. Piyawan Limpanyalert, M.D., Director of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute, who delivered a lecture on "Quality Improvement and Risk Management for Public Health Executives." In addition, Dr. Amornpun Sereemaspun, M.D., a faculty member of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, presented on "Genomic and Preventive Medicine." The training was attended by 67 participants, including doctors, nurses, and health science professionals, and was held at the Boonsiri Meeting Room, AIHD.
