The ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD) participated in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Mahidol Games 2025, held under the theme “Real World Hero: Empowering the Real-World Impact.

On March 4, 2025, Prof. Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, President of Mahidol University, presided over the event, joined by executives from various faculties, institutes, and departments. Representing AIHD, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of AIHD, led the delegation of executives, faculty members, and staff to attend the event. The staff participated in the parade during the opening ceremony at Football Field 1, Mahidol University, Salaya. The Mahidol Game aims to foster unity among staff members from various departments and to select skilled athletes in each sport to represent the university in the 41st Thai University Staff Games 2025, also known as "Tumpang Games," which will take place from May 3–10, 2025, at Walailak University, Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
