ASEAN Institute for Health Development Collaborates with the Department of Health to Conduct the Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini M.M. in Health) (Batch 1/2568, Session 2)

On March 19-21, 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, in collaboration with the Department of Health, organized the Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini M.M. in Health) (Batch 1/2568, Session 2). On March 19, 2025, the event was honored by Mr. Kittisak Praditkul, an advisor on organizational and human resource development, finance, and innovation, who delivered a lecture on "Innovative Thinking." Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangsamorn Manowan, a faculty member of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, presented a lecture and led a discussion on "Strategic Planning and Decision-Making Strategies." On March 20, 2025, the program featured Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa, President of the University Council of Naresuan University, who delivered a lecture on "Conflict Management." Following this, Asst. Prof. Dr. Naris Thammakeuakul, CEO of D POWER IT TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. and Director of the China Business Leader Program at the Future Thailand Institute Foundation, gave a lecture on "Strategic Human Resource Planning to Achieve Organizational Goals." On March 21, 2025, we had the honor of welcoming Assistant Professor Dr. Mana Laksmiarunothai, a faculty member from the Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University, who delivered an insightful lecture on Project Analysis and Evaluation and Monitoring. Following that, Professor Nitipat Chaonlertseri, a business consultant at Axon Co., Ltd., gave a talk on Change Management and Setting Agile Team. The event concluded with an interactive session on Resilience Management through a game-based approach, conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Duangsamon Manowan, a faculty member at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development. The training program was attended by 40 participants from various units within the Department of Health, ranging from senior professional levels to department heads. The event took place at The Terrace Meeting Room, Mida Hotel, Ngamwongwan, Nonthaburi.
