ASEAN University Network – Health Promotion Network

AUN–HPN membership

has two categories: full member and associate member. Currently, full members of AUN is limited to 30 universities in the ten ASEAN countries. There are no membership fees.

Associate Member

Organizations or entities interested in joining AUN–HPN can apply to be an associate member.

The principle of AUN thematic networks is to provide interested higher education institutions or other organizations with a more inclusive and alternative platform for engagement and collaboration with AUN in focus areas, even though they are not AUN full members. Interested parties can choose to participate and engage with AUN–HPN if they are interested in health promotion and have relevant capacity and resources.

Associate membership is open to any higher educational institution that fully meets the eligible criteria, and associate members can benefit from the intellectual exchange and shared exchange of knowledge, skills and resources, and opportunities to attend workshops and courses and be involved in joint projects and activities. There is also the opportunity to be involved in collective advocacy efforts to promote health policy at regional and global levels.

Associate Member

The AUN–HPN Secretariat, through its Steering Committee, approves an application at its discretion based on AUN–HPN policies and eligible criteria endorsed by the AUN–HPN International Advisory Committee.
