Healthy University Rating System (HURS)
The Healthy University Rating System (HURS) is a key tool for tracking and assessing the progress of health-promoting universities, aligned with the AUN Healthy University Framework (HUF). Approved during the 12th ASEAN University Network Rectors' Meeting on July 9, 2021, HURS helps monitor each university's achievements in fostering a healthy environment.
The system uses a star rating to highlight strengths, promoting well-being and leadership in health promotion across campuses. It encourages universities to create a healthy campus environment, benefiting students, staff, and the broader community.
HURS focuses on 22 framework areas and holds an annual evaluation period from August 15 to November 16, starting with its first round in 2021. Right now, more than 30 ASEAN universities participated in the evaluation, with the goal of driving continuous health promotion efforts among network universities.
