1. To learn to develop and implement healthcare standards according to the regulatory requirements.
2. To conduct gap analysis and developing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system. 3. To design, implement, maintain and improve a quality management system. 4. To create a customized quality management system to meet the specific needs for accreditation. 5. To refine fundamental skills-including communication skills, working with teams and the essentials of project management. 6. To use quality improvement tools and techniques, including process mapping, benchmarking, root cause analysis and gap analysis. 7. We will be able work towards accreditation of selected hospitals to ensure quality and safety of the healthcare services at the international level. |
