| ที่มาและความสำคัญ: | This international training course had been organized in collaboration with Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) with the aims to build capacity of mid and senior level health care professionals of any countries to manage COVID-19 pandemic in their respective countries through demonstration of best and replicable practices and experiences of Thailand using a short interactive e-learning modular program and one-week onsite visit. This training provided the good management practices, lessons learnt and achievement for COVID 19 in Thai context can be shared with participants from various countries and the participants were expected to bring the lessons learnt in Thailand for management the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic in their respective countries. |

| ข้อสรุปที่ได้จากงานสัมมนา/Conference (ถ้ามี): | A total of 62 people participated in the training. Among them, 31 participants actively participated in the training activities and completed the online training program. At the last week of the course, the participants were assigned to develop a project for COVID-19 public health measure and adaptation based on the knowledge and experience provided during the training. The participants were evaluated their achievement by posttests after completion of each module. The participants were requested to complete the assignments which determine their intention to apply the experience gain after complete the course and conferred a certificate of completion if they could attend all modules, pass the evaluation and submit an assignment. Finally, there are 20 participants completed the training course requirements (attending> 80%, gaining posttest score> 70% and submitting the project proposal). |
| ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากงานสัมมนา/Conference (ถ้ามี): | The feedback from the participants expressed that “Very informative and applicable online training, learning materials are regularly posted at the Google classroom, concerns/questions are immediately addressed by the admin, very good”. Based on the report of evaluation, overall, the respondents were satisfied-very satisfied with the training with the score of 4.7/5. Significantly increase of knowledge/understanding were found which indicated that respondents gained more point of view in managing of COVID 19 pandemic. They also expressed that they were very satisfied with the training media (video, live, audio), questions and answers, Google Classroom, module of posttests and the evaluation methods. However, there were suggestions as stated “Need more time in for question and answer section, video recordings from the all presented and discussed topics could also be shared in the Google classroom for their reference, so the participant could be able to download and review the class contents.” Most of them had very high intention for site visit module in Thailand. |
