AUN-HPN Secretariat Office in collaboration with the Center for Global Health, Osaka University, organized the 8th AUN-HPN International Advisory Committee (IAC) Meeting

On November 24, 2023, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University and Chairman of the AUN-HPN International Advisory Committee, inaugurated the 8th AUN-HPN International Advisory Committee (IAC) Meeting. The meeting was attended by distinguished participants, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chuthamanee Suthisisang, representing the Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Dr. Wiwat Rojanapithayakorn, Advisor to the Executive Board of Mahidol University within the AUN-HPN network, Dr. Nattaphan Supaka, Director of the Office of International Relations and Public Affairs, Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Professor Dr. Chatchalerm Isarangkura na Ayuthaya, Dean of the Graduate School, Mahidol University, and Chair of the Leading Task Force for Developing the Healthy University Rating System (HURS). Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Thanawadee Suksaroj, Associate Secretary-General of the AUN-HPN network and Acting Assistant Director of the Administration Division at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, and Assistant Professor Dr. Supaporn Songprasert, Deputy Secretary-General of the AUN-HPN network, represented the ASEAN University Network Secretariat. The meeting saw the active participation of 16 universities from ASEAN countries and Japan, totaling 45 attendees. The venue for the meeting was the Chidori Meeting Room at the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan.
