AUN-HPN Secretariat Welcomes the Center for Educational Testing and Quality Assessment (CETQA) from Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM)

On November 21, 2024, Mahidol University, through the ASEAN University Network – Health Promotion Network (AUN-HPN) Secretariat, warmly welcomed Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Educational Testing and Quality Assessment (CETQA), and his delegation from Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The visit was hosted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, ASEAN Institute for Health Development, along with Prof. Dr. Chartchalerm Isarankura-Na-Ayudhya, Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University and Chair of the Committee on HURS Development, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit and Dr. Nucharapon Liangruenrom, Director of Happy University Academic Centre towards Sustainable Health Promotion from Institute for Population and Social Research, and Ms. Tharita Sattayarak, Chief of Strategic Driving Unit Division of Planning at the Krasae Chanawongse Meeting Room, ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University. During this study visit, participants exchanged information on the educational development efforts of Vietnam National University, the history of AUN-HPN, the Healthy University Framework (HUF), and the Healthy University Rating System (HURS). They also explored collaboration opportunities in promoting Healthy Universities, Happy Universities, and other joint initiatives to enhance educational quality between Mahidol University and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, as well as focus on health promotion and sustainability efforts.
