ASEAN Institute for Health Development Joins Mahidol University Quality Teaching Awards

On April 3, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Thanwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, attended the Mahidol University Quality Teaching Awards and received a Senior Fellow certification under the Professional Standards Framework (PSF).
The event was presided over by Professor Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, President of Mahidol University, who presented certificates and awards to distinguished faculty members for their excellence in teaching. Associate Professor Dr. Nethi Suksomboon, Vice President for Education, reported on the university’s progress in educational quality development. The event was attended by Mahidol University executives and faculty leaders. During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to 56 recipients of the Senior Fellow certification and one recipient of the Fellow certification under the PSF. Additionally, 247 faculty members were recognized for meeting Level 2 of Mahidol University’s Professional Standards Framework (MUPSF). Thirteen educators were honored for their contributions to innovative learning in the flexible General Education Plus (GE Plus) program. The event also featured awards for outstanding faculty members, including 18 recipients of the MUPSF 2 Star Awards, 12 recipients of the Teaching Excellence Awards, and four recipients of the Outstanding Teaching Role Model Awards. The ceremony was held at the Mahidol Sitthakarn Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
