AUN-HPN Secretariat Joins as Guest Speaker in Executive Program for Student Affairs Administrators

On April 29, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, and Secretary-General of the ASEAN University Network – Health Promotion Network (AUN-HPN), were invited to serve as a guest speaker in the 7th Executive Program in Student Affairs Administration, organized by the Office of the Permanent Secretary; Ministry of Higher Education- Science, Research and Innovation in collaboration with the Foundation for the Promotion of the University Affairs Council. The event took place at the Century Park Hotel, Bangkok. Dr. Thunwadee shared her perspectives and expertise on the topic of “Student Affairs Administration for Good Health and Well-Being”, addressing senior executives from higher education institutions responsible for student affairs and student development programs. Her session emphasized the importance of integrated health promotion within student affairs to enhance students’ quality of life and long-term well-being. This executive program aims to build leadership capacity and strengthen holistic competencies in managing student development. It also seeks to align student affairs strategies with the evolving needs of society, focusing on nurturing well-rounded graduates equipped to thrive as global citizens. This initiative reflects the continued commitment of AUN-HPN to advancing health promotion across the ASEAN higher education community through collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange.
