AIHD Holds Academic Discussion with the International Labour Organization (ILO)

On August 13, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Orapin Laosee, Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University, held an online meeting with Dr. Nathalie Both, Program Manager of the ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team for East and South-East Asia and the Pacific, and Mr. Yuta Momose, Social Protection Officer at the International Labour Organization (ILO). The discussion focused on the management and delivery of the Master of Primary Health Care Management program, with a specialization in Social Health Protection, as well as preparations for future meetings of the CONNECT network. Established in 2019 by the International Labour Organization, Mahidol University, and partner institutions—including the Health Systems Research Institute (Thailand), the Health Strategy and Policy Institute (Vietnam), the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, and Seoul National University—CONNECT is an international academic network committed to advancing comprehensive and effective social health protection.
