AIHD, along with the Secretariat of AUN-HPN, participated in Healthy University Day HEALTHY MAHIDOL in New Normal 2025—under the theme MOVE OR LOSE: MU Healthy Challenge

On September 17, 2025, the AUN-HPN Secretariat co-hosted an exhibition showcasing the network's initiatives and organized health-promoting activities at the event. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development and Executive Director of AUN-HPN, presented the objectives of the event. The ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, President of Mahidol University, who officially opened the event and toured the health promotion exhibits. The AUN-HPN Secretariat presented its operational achievements and invited participants to join in a range of health-promoting activities at the Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. Additionally, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development sent its staff to compete in a creative, Squid Game-style exercise challenge, an activity designed to promote awareness and learning about various healthcare practices that can be incorporated into daily life. Healthy University Day: HEALTHY MAHIDOL in New Normal 2025 was organized by a Mahidol University working group in collaboration with the AUN-HPN Secretariat and the sub-working group for health promotion policy within the university. The event featured exhibition booths from 14 departments and units of Mahidol University and included a presentation on the health and well-being status of Thai universities, utilizing data from the Happy University (IPSR) database and the Health & Well-Being survey of Mahidol University's staff and students.
