On September 19, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, were honored to serve as speakers and lead a workshop on strategic planning for the hospital strategic and participatory development. The event took place at Nong Ya Sai Hospital. Dr. Thanet Tatirat, Director of Nong Ya Sai Hospital, welcomed the speakers and officially opened the workshop. Staff from all departments of the hospital attended to learn and collaboratively develop a strategic plan that aligns with the local context and public service.
