Field Study Program on Epidemiology for Primary Health Care Management

On September 26–27, 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, conducted a Field Study Program as part of the course ADPM 662: Epidemiology for Primary Health Care Management under the Master of Primary Health Care Management (International Program). Held at the Queen Sirikit International Center of Tropical Medicine in Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province, the program welcomed 15 Batch 40 MPHM students, accompanied by Associate Professor Dr. Orapin Laosee, Program Director, along with faculty members and staffs.
The program was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prataap Singhasivanon, M.D., Secretary General Coordinator of the SEAMEO TROPMED Network, who delivered a series of lectures covering key topics in epidemiology.
This immersive experience provided students with both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to real-world public health challenges, reinforcing their understanding of epidemiological principles in the context of primary health care management.
