The ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, served as a speaker in the Workshop on Developing a Five-Year Strategic Plan for Nong Ya Sai Hospital, Suphan Buri Province

On 29–30 October 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations, and Dr. Tarinee Buadit, faculty member of AIHD, participated as speakers to share their knowledge and experiences in formulating the hospital’s five-year strategic plan. On this occasion, Dr. Thanet Tattirat, Director of Nong Ya Sai Hospital, warmly welcomed the AIHD team and exchanged experiences on the hospital’s strategic planning process. During the workshop, Associate Professor Dr. Thanwadee Suksaroj delivered a lecture on “Strategic Planning Process and Strategy Mapping for Hospital Development.” Participants then engaged in practical exercises on data analysis and strategy map development to systematically drive the hospital’s mission and vision forward. A total of 40 participants from various departments of the hospital took part in the training, held at Nong Ya Sai Hospital, Nong Ya Sai District, Suphan Buri Province.
