ASEAN Institute for Health Development Holds Planning Meeting for ILO CONNECT with ILO Program Manager

On 24 November 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development held a planning meeting of the Facilitating Committee for ILO CONNECT with Ms. Natalie Both, Program Manager of the ILO Decent Work Technical Support Team for East and South-East Asia and the Pacific. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs, and members of the Facilitating Committee for ILO CONNECT. The discussion focused on the 2026 work plan, including the establishment of a steering committee and the development of detailed implementation strategies. The meeting took place in Room 2101, Training and Learning Building, AIHD.
The Facilitating Committee for ILO CONNECT plays a vital role in advancing academic and research collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO). The committee supports efforts to strengthen social health protection systems in developing countries and promotes rights and equity in access to health welfare services.
