Journal of Public Health and Development (JPHD), ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Hosts Workshop on “Transformative Research Tools: Systematic Review and Bibliometric Analysis” to Strengthen the Capacity of Emerging Researchers

On 4 December 2025, Journal of Public Health and Development, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, organized a workshop on Transformative Research Tools: Systematic Review and Bibliometric Analysis to enhance evidence-synthesis and bibliometric analysis skills among graduate students, researchers, and professionals in Environmental Science, Public Health, and Social Science. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Deputy Director for Administration and Academic Services and Associated Editor of JPHD delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of advanced research tools that help elevate the quality of research to international standards. The workshop featured knowledge sharing by experts including Dr. Kinga DR. Biro, Dr. Kwang Mo Yang, Lecturer, and Mr. Jeevan Bhatta, Researcher. They delivered lectures and shared practical experiences in conducting systematic reviews and bibliometric analysis, enabling participants to develop skills that can be applied directly to real-world research. This training is expected to create significant impact in the research community by empowering researchers to produce higher-quality outputs, utilize evidence-based insights to guide research directions, expand academic networks, increase opportunities for publication in international journals, and contribute to effective policy development in the fields of environment, public health, and social sciences. The workshop was held at Room 2108, Learning and Training Building, AIHD, and received strong interest from participants across various disciplines.
