ASEAN Institute for Health Development Reviews Strategic Plan and Develops Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026

On 16 December 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development organized a strategic plan review and the development of the action plan for Fiscal Year 2026. The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, who delivered the opening remarks. Prior to the meeting, the institute’s executives and staff observed a moment of silence to pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother. This was followed by a summary of the institute’s performance based on the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025, as well as a review of the Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 to ensure alignment with the institute’s development direction and mission. The meeting also focused on the preparation of the Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 for each unit in accordance with their assigned responsibilities, with the aim of driving operations efficiently. It also included revisions to individual Performance Agreements to ensure consistency with the institute’s goals and strategic framework. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj announced the No Gift Policy 2026, which stipulates the prohibition of giving or receiving gifts, souvenirs, or any other benefits. This policy aims to promote transparency and good governance in professional practice and to serve as a guideline for the sustainable operations of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development. The event was held at Boonsiri Conference Room, Learning and Training Building, ASEAN Institute for Health Development.
