ASEAN Institute for Health Development Organizes Organization Development Program for Fiscal Year 2026

On 17 December 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development organized Organization Development Program for Fiscal Year 2026. The Institute was honored to welcome Assoc Prof. Dr. Chatchawan Silpakit, MD., Director of the Contemplative Education Center, Mahidol University, as the keynote speaker on the topic “Mind the Gap: Leading a Multigenerational Team.” On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, delivered welcoming remarks to the speaker and the personnels, consisting of 50 academic and supporting staff members from various units of the Institute. The lecture aimed to foster a positive mindset and broaden perspectives in work and daily life within a multigenerational society, while enhancing understanding of intergenerational differences and strengthening skills for effective collaboration. The program was held at Boonsiri Conference Room, Lecture and Training Building, ASEAN Institute for Health Development.
