During 23–24 December 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyapong Janmaimool, Deputy Director for Strategy and International Relations; and Dr. Tarinee Buadit, Lecturer at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, participated as speakers to share knowledge and experience in the formulation of a five-year strategic plan. They also served as advisors to Nong Ya Sai Hospital personnel in developing the strategic plan.
On this occasion, Dr. Thanet Tattirat, Director of Nong Ya Sai Hospital, welcomed the speakers and joined in the exchange of experiences on hospital management and strategic planning. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge and develop the skills of medical and public health personnel in situation analysis, planning, and strategic formulation, enabling the systematic and integrated development of the hospital’s five-year strategic plan as a guideline for organizational development toward achieving its stated vision.
The workshop was held at Nong Ya Sai Hospital, Nong Ya Sai District, Suphan Buri Province, with a total of 30 participants from various departments of the hospital.
