ASEAN Institute for Health Development, in Collaboration with the Department of Health, Organizes Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini M.M. in Health), Batch 2

On 6 January 2026, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), in collaboration with the Department of Health, organized the Mini NBS (Mini National Executive Development Program) for the Department of Health, Cohort 2. The opening ceremony was graciously presided over by Dr. Pakorn Tungkaseree-rak, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Health.
On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, delivered a welcome address to the participants, while Mr. Nukoolkit Pukathorn, Director of the Planning Division, Department of Health, presented the program report.
Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini M.M. in Health), Batch 2, is conducted from 6 January to 18 March 2026. The program aims to enhance managerial competencies and strengthen modern leadership skills to effectively respond to change. The curriculum emphasizes strategic learning, covering human resource management, the application of technology for decision-making, teamwork, and effective conflict management.
In this regard, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cherdchai Nopmaneejumruslers, Vice President for Information and Digital Transformation, Mahidol University, delivered a lecture on “Change Management and Agile Ways of Working.” In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj presented a lecture on “Strategic Thinking.”
Furthermore, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jukkrit Wungrath, the Program Director, welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the program details. A total of 40 participants from various divisions of the Department of Health attended the training, which was held at the MIDAS Conference Room, Mida Hotel Ngamwongwan, Nonthaburi Province.
