AIHD presents “The Synthesis of policy for the development of the district quality of life” project progress

The ASEAN Institute for Health Development #AIHD, Mahidol University executives presented the progress of “The Synthesis of policy for the development of quality of life” project to the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI) on 18 November 2020, held at the Health Systems Research Institute, Ministry of Public Health.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D., AIHD Director and Head of the research project - “The synthesis of policy for the development of the district quality of life” has assigned Asst. Prof. Dr. Vijj Kasemsup, M.D., Deputy Head of the research project, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Asst. Prof. Somsak Wongsawass, and AIHD’s research team to present and report the project’s progress to the HSRI.
Mr. Narongsak Aungkasuvapla, M.D., from the HSRI, has presided over the meeting participated by experts from various health organizations – the Department of Medical Sciences, Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Health, The Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization), The National Health Commission Office, Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Department of Health (Bangkok), The Bangkok Christian Hospital, Kaengkoi Hospital, and International Health Policy Program Foundation.
During the discussion, participants have exchanged knowledge and provide suggestions vital to the achievement of the projects’ objectives.
Synthesis guidelines, analysis of results, feedback, and policies for further development of the district quality of life development committee and the Ministry of Public Health were also discussed during the meeting.
