AIHD interviews WHB candidates

The ASEAN Institute for Health Development #AIHD, Mahidol University (MU), organized a panel interview for the interested applicants of its Wellness & Healthcare Business Opportunity for Executives (WHB) program at the JW Marriott Hotel, Bangkok, on 1 – 3 December 2020.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D., Director of AIHD-MU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sakda Arj-ong Vallibhakara, M.D., Deputy Director for Research Innovation and Academic Services of AIHD, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Janjira Wongkomtong, Director of AIHD’s Wellness & Healthcare Business Opportunity for Executives (WHB) program, comprises AIHD’s panel of interviewers.
The panel has interviewed more than 150 interested applicants for the WHB program. These applicants, mostly health and wellness executives and entrepreneurs, come from various public and private health and medical related organization.
The Wellness and Healthcare Business Opportunity for Executives (WHB) Program is a new and innovative program designed to respond to current health and wellness demands. The ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University in collaboration with the Department of Health Service Support, the Department of Community & Global Health, University of Tokyo, Huawei Technologies (Thailand), and Siam Health Development Company, manages the WHB program.
Further, the WHB program is developed and designed specifically for executives and entrepreneurs in the fields related to health and medicine in Thailand and those interested in the Wellness & Healthcare business. WHB program is one of MU’s response to the government policy of making the integrated medical industry one of Thailand's future essential industries and services. The program is also a response to the call for an investment in medical technologies and modern medical innovations.
The 1st Wellness and Healthcare Business Opportunity for Executives (WHB) Program training sessions will commence between 15 January - 21 May 2021.
