Module one: Primary Health Care and
health system resilience
(4 Days)
The module one aims to provide knowledge of primary health care
and health
system resilience and to enhance skill sets for conducting
situation
analysis, future study, problem identification, problem
prioritization,
synthesizing feasibility of intervention, and sustaining health
care system
during public health emergencies.

Module two: Risk analysis and Health
system (2 Days)
The module two aims to provide knowledge of global health
issues, risk analysis, global health system and risk analysis,
and to enhance skill sets for risk assessments, health hazard
identification, and risk management for both national and
international aspects.

Module three: Plan Formulation (2
Days)
The module three aims to equip skill sets for plan formulation,
including strategic plan, action plan and budget plan.

Module four: Implementation research:
Translating science to
practice (2 Days)
The module four aims to enhance knowledge of implementation
research and equip skill sets for conducting implementation
research
