Thailand Community-Based Health System
Summer
Program
This two-weeks summer program intends to provide
first hand experience for
international
students to understand the world recognized community-based health system in
Thailand.
All
participants will learn about Thailand health system, lesson learns of
Thailand
primary
health
care and universal health coverage from the national level to grassroot
level.
All
participants
will experience community assessment to indicate community health needs
Target audiences:
Undergrad or post grad students who are interested in community
health,
and
Thailand health system.
Period of the program:
The program will be scheduled every May to July each year.
Program fee:
The program fee includes the program materials, one
meal per day in
Bangkok and 3
meals per day in the field, transportation during the field study and site
visit,
airport-accommodation pick-up services (for group participants only).
