AIHD holds Objective and Key Results workshop

The ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD) organized the Objectives and Key Results Workshop (OKRs) on 29 June 2020 at room 2108, AIHD, Mahidol University. Asst. Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D., Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, presided over OKRs Workshop and warmly welcomed the invited honored guest and speaker, Asst. Prof. Chernchok Soankwan. AIHD executives who were also present during the workshop were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somboon Sirisunhirun, Deputy Director for Administration of AIHD and Dr.Vijj Kasemsup, M.D., Deputy Director of AIHD and Acting Head of the Research and Health Development Implementation Unit. AIHD staff were also present and have actively participated in the workshop. OKR or Objective and Key Results is a management strategy focused on setting goals, continually monitoring performance, and creating motivation within the organization. It is also used to define and communicate goals and expected results. The OKRs primary objective is to link the goals of the organization and its personnel and align the goals to produce achievable and measurable results, thus making all team members and leaders work together in one unified direction.
