AIHD joined CONNECT steering group and coordination meeting

Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D.; Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development #AIHD, Mahidol University, Dr. Weerawat Phancrut, M.D.; Advisor to AIHD director, Dr. Nalinee Nakittipha Chuakhamfoo; AIHD Instructor joined The CONNECT steering group and coordination meeting via Zoom meeting on 6 May 2021.
The aims of the meeting were to set up CONNECT center, that is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) which promote the ability of countries in the Asia Pacific to develop and implement strategic policy and Social Health Protection with strength and sustenance to support universal health coverage (UHC).
CONNECT committee members from Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI) of the Ministry of Health, International Labour Organization (ILO), Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs -KIHSA and Health Strategy and Policy Institute - Vietnam also joined the meeting to set up policy and to consider type, right, duty, and responsibility of members. The next meeting will be organized on 20 May 2021.
