On 26 July 2021, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D.; Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University and Dr. Win Khaing; AIHD Foreign Expert held a zoom meeting with Prof. Henry Silverman MD, MA Faculty Director, Professor of Medicine, University of Maryland Baltimore, USA and Program Director, Global Ethics Education Initiative to discuss and develop the Health Equity program for researchers, academic staff, and medical staff interested in research from Thailand and other countries in ASEAN and South East Asia. This online training program will be organized in the form of modules and will be delivered via webinar. It will be a 3-month long continuous learning series. This program will conform to the direction of ASEAN Health Development Institutes in terms of Global Health, Health Policy and Development, and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
