Prof. Dr. Zhanming Liang, Associate Dean, Research Education, College of Public Health, Medical & Vet Sciences, James Cook University, Australia and President of the Society for Health Administration Programs in Education to discuss collaboration plans on Courtoutell project of James Cook University.
