AIHD met the project committee to discuss sustainable community health management

On 28 February 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phudit Tejativaddhana, M.D.; Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Aroonsri Mongkolcharti; head of the project ‘Strengthening of sustainable community health management performance through health system managerial competencies enhancement with Participatory Interactive Learning through Action (PILA)’ and ASEAN-Learning Center Coordination (ALCC) team that included Asst. Prof. Dr. Orapin Laosee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Asst. Prof. Somsak Wongsawass, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan, and working committee welcomed and Assoc. Prof. Surakiat Achananuparp, M.D.; project assistant and associate of Thai Health Promotion Foundation via Zoom meeting.

This project received a budget of 14,999,994 baht from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation for 2 years, from 15 January 2022 to 15 January 2024. The aims of this meeting were to clarify the objectives, working plan, and conceptual framework based on Primary Health Care to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the practice of Participatory Interactive Learning through Action: PILA to enhance the efficiency of health system management and develop a learning network for health managers and local health promotion officers.
