On 4 October 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj; Acting Deputy Director for Administration, ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, together with AIHD’s lecturers visited Prof. Dr. Motoyuki Yuasa and lectures from Faculty of International Liberal Arts and Department of Global Health Research, Graduate School of Medicine, Juntendo University, Tokyo, Japan to discuss collaboration in academic area regarding the Double Degree of Doctor of Philosophy Program in Health and Sustainable Development (International Program) and exchange of students at Juntendo University, Japan.
Juntendo University is the oldest medical university in Japan. It is also renowned for its excellence in medical and public health. AIHD and Juntendo University have been collaborating on training for medical, nurse, and public health students more than 20 years. This visit presents a valuable opportunity to strengthen academic collaboration.
