On 23 April 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chuthamanee Suthisisang; Acting for Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mathuros Tipayamongkholgul; Acting for Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs, and supporting staff welcomed Prof. Gengsheng He; Associate Dean of School of Public Health, Fudan University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wei Deng; Associate Professor of Biostatistics, Department of Biostatistics, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yubin Zhang; Associate Professor of Toxicology, Global partnership coordinator at Krasae Chanawongse Room, ASEAN Institute for Health Development. In this regard, they discussed the preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on developing a Double Degree program to combine a Bachelor's degree in Preventive Medicine from the School of Public Health with a Master's degree in Primary Health Care Management from the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University. Additionally, they explored facilitating student exchanges, engaging in joint teaching initiatives, and conducting research across multiple countries on topics related to Transboundary Emerging Infectious Diseases and other areas of interest.
