On 26 November 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cheerawit Rattanapan; Deputy Director for Research and Academic Affairs, ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Miyoko Okamoto; Department of Global Health Services, Graduate School of International Liberal Arts, Department of Global Health Research, Graduate School of Medicine, Juntendo University, and Prof. Dr. Siwon Park; Faculty of International Liberal Arts, Juntendo University at room 2016. They are collaborated to organize the seminar on “Why is it important to address the issue of refugee immigration in the global community? by Prof. Louis H Marcelin, University of Miami, USA, “Introduction to Myanmar migrant communities in Thailand”; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mathuros Tipayamongkholgul; AIHD Lecturer, and “Introduction to Interdisciplinary Research and Project Summary” by Prof. Siwon Park, Juntendo University, and Mr. Aung Myint Myat; MPHM student to present on "AIHD Students Current Research Project on Myanmar Migrant Workers in Thailand". Moreover, they also organized a workshop on Migrant Communities for research collaboration which moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Miyoko Okamoto
