Closing ceremony of the Mini Master of Management in Health: Mini M.M. Training Batch 43 and Certificate Presentation

On December 20, 2024, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University, had the honor of welcoming Dr. Porntep Siriwanarangsan, M.D.; President of the Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand, as the chairperson to deliver the closing remarks and present certificates to the 80 graduates of Batch 43, which included doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and public health scholars. The event was held in Health Region 5. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, congratulated the graduates, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mathuros Tipayamongkholgul delivered the opening report. Dr. Surachai Chokkanchitchai, Director of Nakhon Pathom Hospital, also joined in expressing congratulations. On behalf of the batch, Class President Dr. Polpat Euswas from Hua Hin Hospital, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, expressed gratitude to AIHD, the Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand, guest speakers, and course organizers for their dedication and efforts in making the program a success. Before the closing ceremony, program participants presented their project work, which was evaluated by a distinguished panel, including Dr. Porntep Siriwanarangsan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Dr. Supattra Boonserm, Inspector General of the Ministry of Public Health, Health Region 5, and Dr. Surachai Chokkanchitchai. The panel provided constructive feedback to help participants refine and implement these projects in their respective regions. Additionally, on December 18, 2024, the program hosted a special lecture by Emeritus Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Advisor to the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, on the topic "New Leadership for Public Health Executives: Managing Medical Personnel and Resolving Conflicts”. On December 19, 2024, Dr. Choak Bulakul, a Council Member of Mahidol University, shared insights on "Building a Professional Image and Modern Management for Public Health Executives”. On the same day, participants undertook a final comprehensive examination to consolidate the knowledge gained throughout the course. The event was held at Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati, Nakhon Pathom.
