ASEAN Institute for Health Development Hosted “It’s Time to Celebrate New Year 2025”

On January 10, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, Mahidol University, presided over the opening ceremony of the event “It’s Time to Celebrate New Year 2025.” The event featured a “Meet the Director” session to foster mutual understanding and effective communication between the executive team and staff. It also included activities to promote a culture of integrity, encouraging personnel to refuse gifts for performing their duties. The institute’s No Gift Policy was officially announced to enhance employee awareness and shared understanding. On this special occasion, the institute launched several initiatives under the Working Group for Happy Workplace, including activities such as Brush & Breath, a watercolor painting activity designed to relieve stress and inspire creativity among staff and students, and the Step Challenge, a step-counting initiative to promote the health of staff members. Additionally, the event concluded with a lucky draw of gifts from the management team and a gift exchange between staff and students. These activities aimed to strengthen relationships, foster unity, and boost morale, as the institute welcomes the New Year 2025. The event was held at Boonsiri Meeting Room and Hallway of Administration Building, AIHD.
