On February 19, 2025, the ASEAN Institute for Health Development, in collaboration with the Department of Health, organized Mini Master of Management in Health (Mini M.M. in Health) Training Program, Batch1/2025. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Pongpol Vorapani, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Health. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj, Director of ASEAN Institute for Health Development, welcomed the 40 participants, who were senior officials from various units of the Department of Health, at the The Terrace Meeting Room, Mida Hotel, Ngamwongwan, Nonthaburi. The event also featured an opening report by Mr. Nukoonkij Phukathorn, Director of the Planning Division, Department of Health. The Mini M.M. in Health Training Program (Batch1/2025 is designed to enhance management competencies and leadership skills to support organizational transformation. The program covers key strategic areas, including human resource management, decision-making technology, teamwork, and conflict resolution. As part of the training, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thunwadee Suksaroj delivered a lecture on Strategic Thinking, while Asst. Prof. Dr. Duongsamorn Manowan and Dr. Akadet Chaichanavichakit led a session on Organizational Analysis, focusing on root cause identification using the Fishbone Diagram which is a powerful analytical tool for organizational development.
